Services per generation

Young Professional, 20-30 years
Just finished your study and now get to work! We offer job interview training and advice and help with negotiating your employment contract, salary, terms of employment and job evaluation. If desired we introduce you to an experienced mentor. Besides that, you can fully use our network and meet other technical talent.
We offer you  50% discount on our membership!

Professional, 30-45 years
A next step. We also advise you on your terms of employment and provide
insight information about specific leaves of absence such as parental leave
or the terms for moving abroad. We advise on the legal and fiscal aspects
and offer help at filling in your taxforms.
If you want to make a careerstep, then we offer coaching by experienced
coaches from the technical working field. We also can help at defining OR
tasks if needed.

Senior Professional, 45 - 55 years
We advise on and offer support at changing terms of employment, job
evaluation and employment contracts. At changes in your career, voluntarily or unwillingly, we offer you access to career development and coaching, legal advice and legal services, mediation, fiscal advice and help to fill in tax forms. Networkmeetings give inspiration and contact.

Master, 55 - 65 years
We also provide our full package at this stage. We specifically give advice
about the consequences of mergers, demotion and resignation, leave of
absence, medical expenses and pension. Our networkmeetings provide
inspiration, knowledge transfer and are a meeting place for colleagues and
young professionals.

Mentor, 65+ years
Otherwise active. A new role. We mediate when you have the wish to work
as a mentor for young professionals. Besides that we advise on social
